Supporting Barnardo's in the Cardiff Half Marathon

Barnado's is a children's charity which does sterling work in standing up for children across Britain. I am delighted to be supporting runners from the charity who will be taking on the gruelling 13.2 mile course around Cardiff on October 18th. I would urge everyone to go and cheer on the runners in what is Wales' largest multi-charity running event where the they will be testing their endurance in order to support varying good-causes.
